VecTrax updated to version 1.10.6

VecTrax reaches version 1.10.6, bringing stability improvements and new features

In the latest development cycles, we focused on implementing new features and reducing the number of errors that can hinder the activities that involve using the service.

Better weather data management

Weather data management and its synchronization has been improved, bringing more stability and performance.

Sampling extraction

One of the new tools that have been introduced in this version, placed side by side with the aggregated data extractor, is the sampling extractor.

With this new tool you can extract the data of every single sampling, either in XLSX or CSV format, to further work on the outside the service.

Geo-referenced Roadmaps

Now you can mark treatment roadmaps as “geo-referenced”, so you can track them.

Filters have been improved, allowing to filter treatments by the following additional criteria:

  • Treatment contains a roadmap (of any kind);
  • Treatment contains at least one geo-referenced roadmap;
  • Treatment does not contain any roadmap.

Interface Improvements

Some interfaces have been revised to improve the user experience and add new features.

This will allow for a simple usage of the service, reducing human error.

New Statistics

Now you can have an instant view of sampled entities (manholes, ditches, spots), divided by wet, dry, positive and negative.

This will give you a quick insight on the trend of checks and the surveillance situation, allowing for immediate decisions in collaboration with the authorities.

It is also possible to export the data tables tied to these statistics, in XLSX or CSV format.

A new time series chart generator is available: this will allow to compare (with monthly or yearly aggregation) product usage, the number of monitored cities or the number of cities that presented a treatment plan.

Minor Updates

Besides the new features, some minor edits have been made, including:

  • Now you can identify and filter larvicides by active principle, as well as commercial name;
  • For the users that have permission, during a check, a new “further information” button will be shown, which allows to have an immediate insight of the check, with further information compared to the ones shown already.

Bug Fix

Some bugs that led to accidents or abnormal behaviours while using the service, including:

  • Fixed a bug that prevented data extraction in the rare case some checks were not assigned;
  • Fixed a bug that didn’t allow a full update of roadmaps connected to a treatment in some corner cases;
  • Added an informative screen in case the filtering of a treatment list leads to no results;
  • Fixed a bug that led to some “page not found” errors in some corner cases.
